📜 This is the agreement for musicconnectz.net and the Music ConnectZ Android app. Make an account, you're agreeing to it. 🔐 What we collect and why lives next door in the Privacy Policy.
💡 One rule runs this whole page: a price you find out about by paying it isn't a price, it's a bill. 🧾 So every number here is the number the server actually charges — not a ballpark, not a "starting from". If we can change one, this says who changes it and when. 💯
🎂 You've got to be 13 or older to make an account. That's the floor, no exceptions.
🔞 Some stuff needs verified 18+ — money betting in BattleZ, and adult content. 🪪 You verify with a government ID and a selfie through Stripe Identity, and here's the part people actually care about: we get a yes/no and your verified age. That's it. We never see the document, never store it. 🛡️
🚸 Under 18? Orientation and attraction fields don't save to your profile, whatever you type. 👀 And the app straight-up tells you it dropped them — it doesn't quietly pretend they saved. That's the difference between a wall and a lie.
🙋 One account per person. It's yours to use, not to sell, rent or hand off. 🚫
🎼 Your tracks, your videos, your art, your writing, your code. Yours. 🤝 You give us a licence to host it, show it and send it — enough to actually run the service and put your work in front of the people you posted it for, and not one inch wider. 🙅 We don't sell your work and we don't take a cut of what you earn off this platform. Ever.
⚠️ Flip side: you need the rights to what you post. 🎧 Upload somebody else's master as your own and it comes down, and your account can go with it. That's not us being precious — it's the one thing that gets a platform like this killed. 💀
🗓️ Annual is four months free at every tier. Same discount everywhere, so the bigger commitment never gets the smaller reward. 💵 US dollars, charged through Stripe or PayPal.

🗓️ 10 days. Bought a membership and changed your mind? Refund it in MembershipZ within 10 days of the charge. 🤷 You don't have to explain yourself. After 10 days the period you bought is yours and it's not refundable — and a refund puts your tier back where it was before. 🔙
🧠 Five things move in this app and they are genuinely not the same thing. Mixing them up is how people get surprised, so here it is flat out:

🚧 ⚡ Energy, 🍥 SpinaZ, 🏷️ PromptZ and ⭐ XP are features of the service, not currency and not property. No cash value, can't be redeemed for money, don't transfer off the platform or to another account. 💵 Money is the only real one, and Money is the only one that cashes out. Straight-up.
🏷️ Every action that spends something tells you what it costs before you commit — like this: −1 🏷️ +8 ⚡. ✅ And if an action fails, you shouldn't be charged for it. Where the app only bills once there's a usable result, that's on purpose, not a bug.
💸 A slice of money moving through the platform stays with Music ConnectZ. 📊 Your tier sets the rate, and the app shows it before the money moves — never after:

⏳ Royalties you've accrued cash out into your 💵 Money balance. What it costs depends on how fast you want it, and that's the whole trade: wait longer, keep more. 💪

🎯 Badges come off what the database can already prove — deals shipped, ratings given, accounts verified. 🎁 A few are gifted, and those say "gifted" right on their face. 🚫 An earned badge never gets handed out as a favour, because the second one does, every earned badge on the platform becomes unreadable. Nobody could tell what was met and what was granted.
⏳ Some badges are temporary — they track a live number, and they lapse when it falls. 📉 They tell you that before you hold one. Losing it isn't a punishment, it's just the number moving. Earn it back and it comes straight back. 🔁
💯 Ratings measure the work. We don't sell rank, and a score you could get without actually getting good isn't a score we're interested in showing you. 🎤
🍥 Rewarded ads (Google AdMob) and the OfferZ offerwall (ayeT-Studios) are optional, and they pay SpinaZ. ✅ Rewards land on verified completion. 🚨 Try to farm them — bots, fake completions, a pile of alt accounts — and you forfeit the rewards and probably the account. A reward you can mint in a loop isn't a reward, it's an exploit. 🕳️
⚖️ We can suspend or pull an account for any of that. 💵 One thing worth saying plainly: getting removed doesn't torch your Money balance — except for whatever the fraud itself produced. Your real money stays your real money. 🤝
🚪 Delete it any time in ProfileZ and your personal data goes with it. 📒 We keep some records — transactions especially — where law and accounting say we have to. ⚠️ Deleting doesn't refund a purchase that's outside the 10-day window, so refund first, then delete.
🧠 Parts of this app send what you type to third-party AI providers to get you a result — coaching, translation, image and video generation, the OCC assistant. 📡 That input leaves our servers to be processed. That's how it works, and you should know it before you paste something sensitive in. 👀
⚠️ AI output isn't guaranteed accurate. Check it before you ship it, sign it, or send it to a client. What you do with it is on you. 💪
🚀 Features get added, changed, pulled. Prices can move too — 🔒 but a price you've already committed to doesn't: a founding rate you claimed, a period you paid for, a lifetime seat. Those don't get raised underneath you. 📢 Material changes to this page land here with a fresh "Last updated" date, and the big ones get told to you in the app.
🛠️ The service is provided "as is". We don't promise it'll never break or never go down. ⚖️ To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you on any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before it came up. 🔓 Nothing here limits liability that legally can't be limited.
